Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight/size of the item, and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Large or special-order items (e.g., hospital beds, wheelchairs) may require additional processing or shipping time.
  • Customers will be notified promptly of any unexpected delays with their order.

Payment Methods

  • We currently accept bank transfer for all orders.
  • Orders are confirmed and processed once payment is received.
  • We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) at this time.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
